材料只需面包2片/面包边/面包皮(撕块); 2颗鸡蛋;半杯牛奶;2大匙幼糖;葡萄干/杏仁片/果仁
模具:一个烤炉用的布丁烤模 / 一次性disposable 铝制模
1。将鸡蛋,糖打散,与牛奶混合。 并且过滤。
2。将模具稍微抹上奶油,再将面包块排入模具,鸡蛋液随着淋上。 尽量面包完全浸泡在蛋液里。
3。撒上葡萄干及杏仁片。
4。放入预热烤炉 170c, 烤约10-15分钟。(至蛋液凝固)
5。淋上炼奶 / 蜜糖,乘热享用。
