食谱:
约各200g 去皮番薯及芋头
粉条:75g 木薯粉
25g+- 热水
少许色素
100g 冰糖/椰糖/片糖
1litre 清水
3片班兰叶(洗净打结)
300g 浓椰浆 (喜欢浓点再添加,此份量刚好)
做法:
1。番薯及芋头各别切块, 及蒸熟(番薯约20分钟,芋头35分钟)
2。 粉条:木薯粉,色素与热水混合成软团,揉成长条状,用剪刀斜剪。
另一锅煮沸水,倒入木薯粉条,轻轻拌一下,浮起即可。
*摩摩喳喳很随意,可以放紫番薯,可以放沙谷。 还吃过有人放菠萝蜜丝。
